Director of Quality Assurance

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Head who is a strong leader with experience in implementing and shaping the company’s QA processes and strategies, including transitioning to a full automation outcome.
Qualifications
  • QA Management experience across multiple projects, SaaS experience
  • Experience managing testing departments or testing functions, managing large and complex activities and processes cross functionally
  • Excellent knowledge of Risk Management, Risk Identification and Risked Based Testing
  • Experience defining QA strategy, approach and execution in development projects
  • Knowledge of business process improvement tools and techniques and ability to
  • understand, monitor, update, or enhance existing business or work processes
  • Knowledge of and experience with using a structured methodology for delivering new or enhanced software products to the marketplace
  • Experience developing QA automation routines utilizing standard available automation tools
  • Experience with creating QA routines that exercise volume
  • Experience working in a startup environment
  • Experience in IVR QA or general voice application QA a plus
  • Experience with CCaaS technology platforms is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Establish and cultivate the QA and Automation strategy cross-functionally
  • Support and direct the overall QA team
  • Provide leadership and technical expertise within Test Automation and Quality Assurance
  • Track, report-on, and work towards improvement of QA metrics, tools, and processes
  • Be an escalation point for all matters related to testing and quality assurance and operate as a primary point of contact for the QA teams
  • Driving and improving the QA team in areas of automated testing and agile testing
  • Build and maintain quality standards as well as enforcing technical and testing standards
