SUMMARY OF JOB: Responsible for all sales activities in assigned territory, including the management of existing sales locations and expanding business with new locations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Increases sales of portable storage buildings and carports through territory of sales locations by analyzing current sales and volume, scheduling regular sales calls and location visits with sales associates and dealers, following up and holding locations accountable for targets.
· Utilizes product knowledge and sales training resources to effectively target new prospects and opportunities.
· Sets up, manages and maintains 10-15 sales locations within designated sales territory including but not limited to working with corporate office to execute the sales location leases, setting up the office and office materials, ordering inventory displays, recruiting and hiring sales associate(s), and conducting onboarding training as well as ongoing training and support.
· Assists in the setup of new sales dealers or locations, including the creation of prospect lists, obtaining partner agreements, and conducting onboard training.
· Manages sales goals for each sales location in territory, contributes to new product ideas, and identifies opportunities to gain profitable sales volume.
· Maximizes sales through intelligent inventory management, marketing, and sales associate and dealer training.
· Accurately forecast sales results and trends for assigned territory and prepare timely sales information for company leaders.
· Regularly interacts and communicates with various internal departments and personnel to provide vital information that may be necessary for servicing the sales associates and dealers.
· Continuously monitors assigned territory and takes corrective action, as needed, to maintain and improve overall sales location performance and dealer satisfaction.
· Regularly communicates with assigned sales locations regarding new products and services, company changes, holiday schedules, item changes, new sales promotions and any pricing/ program changes or other information.
· Immediately notifies management team if an existing dealer is in jeopardy of discontinuing partnership or if issues remain unresolved regardless of attempts to correct situation.
· Coordinate with each appropriate department to meet or exceed the sales dealers’ and locations’ expectations.
· Ensures customer satisfaction and reports to the organization on customer needs.

Requirements
Education and Experience Required:
· Associate degree preferred
· 2 - 5 years sales experience with proven record of outside/inside sales success and history of accomplishments
· Experience objective selling and knowledge of sales process desired
· Experience in relationship sales in the finance and rent to own industry desired
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products with the ability to be trained in use of the Company-specific applications and software
· Familiarization with technical construction specifications and materials helpful
