Our Caregivers are Responsible for:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care.
- Completing daily progress reports of services provided including recording vital signs.

Masks & other PPE per guidelines currently required when working with residents. The COVID vaccine is mandatory for all healthcare staff over 18 per the state of Oregon. Medical & religious exemptions are available through Human Resources, if needed.

- This is a health care facility with a high risk population. As of October 18, 2021 we will require all employees to be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 as part of employment, that means at least 2 weeks have passed since receiving the single dose vaccine or the 2nd dose.
