Equipment Sales Representative

Job Summary:
Shelter Structures America, the U.S. leader in Clear Span Tent Structures and special event support equipment, is expanding and is looking for some awesome salespeople to join our Equipment group sales team.

A qualifying candidate would be able to build and sustain long-Lasting relationships with existing clients while building their own customer base of new clients in many new markets.

This person would have a strong sales understanding, a self-starter with the ability to close different sales inquiries. A person comfortable to start conversations with new potential customers, listen to their issues and come up with a solution to solve them.

The idea candidate would have a knowledge of Power and Event equipment, Generators, Air-Conditioning and Power distribution along with wheel loaders and fork lifts, and the associated equipment that goes with them and/or a strong will to learn about them and the many facets they have to offer.

This candidate would have exceptional customer service skills along with strong communication skills, with the ability to listen first. The willingness to work as a team to achieve company goals. The understanding of Microsoft office is preferred. Some travel and multiple overnight stays will be required along with attending industry trade shows.

Starting compensation for this position is based on experience.

A reliable means of transportation.

Valid Driver’s License

Able to tow a trailer with equipment for demos, if needed.

This position will report to one of our offices as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
