Summary
The Corporate Director of Marketing, Sales, and Communication develops, plans, directs and implements sales strategies, marketing events, community relations and promotional activities for the organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills - in particular with an elderly population and related individuals and groups.
- Ability to organize, plan and work in a self-directed, independent manner.
- Directs and oversees the customer relationship management (CRM) system for all business or product lines and makes recommendations specific to strategy and budgets to ensure a growth strategy.
- Ability to track leads, admission data, and analyze it to develop/ recommend an occupancy and product strategy.
- Provides corporate, management and board reports to presents at periodic meetings.
- Develop sales and marketing training programs for staff along with orientation programs for new hires within the marketing and sales role and responsibilities.
- Sets corporate sales goals, support entities with goal setting, prepares marketing and sales budgets.
- Oversee all social media platforms.
- Design and produce all admissions and marketing materials for corporation.
- Competencies include: business acumen, change management, financial responsibility, job knowledge, performance coaching and strategic thinker.
- *Maintain the confidentiality of all resident, staff and organization information.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Manages Community Relations and Business Development Manager.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and proof of insurance.
- Must be willing to travel and have reliable transportation.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Design software, strong computer skills such as Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
