Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Attorney

Our specialized, woman-owned law firm is seeking an estate planning who is passionate about helping individuals, families, and parents navigate life's various stages with ease. As a member of our team, you will work alongside an attorney who is dedicated to helping seniors with their estate planning, probate, trust, and elder law cases.

• Must be good with people, especially seniors, and capable of consulting with clients with little or no supervision
• Meet with clients and design estate plans
• Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate services
• Assign work to paralegals and legal assistants
• Handle estate plan signing meetings
• Manage files and work with paralegals or legal assistants to make sure work is completed in a timely manner
• Maintain knowledge of estate planning techniques, probate rules, and statutes, including court local rules for different counties within Florida
• Ability to make court appearances either virtually or in-person, as well as the ability to handle probate ex parte and motion calendar hearings
• Tracking of billable hours
• Management of case status and report to supervising attorney on a weekly basis
• Regularly update clients on the status of the case

• Minimum of 3-5 years of estate planning experience as an attorney; preference is given to those who have experience with taxable estates
• You MUST love working with people, whether it is in-person, via Zoom, or the phone
• Experience with Wealth Counsel or similar drafting software.
• You must be tech-savvy and not intimidated by technology. You must be willing to learn what you do not know
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
