The Division Training Manager is responsible for providing quality training experiences for Sherwin-Williams’ employees which will enhance performance in their current roles and prepare them for career advancement. This includes managing the Division training facility, scheduling all training sessions, conducting training class segments as needed, and ensuring that instructors are prepared and have proper materials for their classes. This position is also responsible for assisting with the development, implementation and presentation of new training programs, both in the field and in the classroom. It also participates in the negotiation of hotel, travel and other arrangements necessary to support employee training.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field.
• Experience as a Sherwin-Williams Store Manager or comparable non-S-W experience.
• Strong training skills and knowledge of effective training methods.
• Ability to speak a second language
