CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
As an MBA Intern within the Business Process Automation Center of Excellence, you will assist in the successful deployment of existing and new automation tools across enterprise-wide business groups. You will work with your manager and other peers throughout the COE (Center of Excellence), our Digital Technology partners, and business groups to develop and test automation solutions that support our enterprise-wide strategies and goals. You will work closely with the entire Automation COE to champion a culture of continuous improvement while building excitement about our automation capabilities across the enterprise.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop knowledge of our overall automation capabilities to assist in the identification of new use cases across the enterprise
- Act as an advocate for automated solutions by helping to educate groups throughout the company how these tools can help improve their daily experiences and responsibilities
- Participate in excitement-building activities to help keep automation at the forefront of all that the enterprise does
- Assist in the creation and management of marketing materials such as slide decks, SharePoint sites, and other documents used to increase awareness of the Business Process Automation CoE
- Partner with various business teams across the enterprise to assist in the development of requirements and solution design documents based on prioritized initiatives
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- FORMAL EDUCATION:
- Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Actively pursuing MBA
- KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
- Required:
- Creative/innovative problem-solving
- Organizational and time management skills
- Must possess good written and verbal communications skills
- Ability and initiative to learn and research new concepts, ideas, and technologies quickly
- Skilled at working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Excellent systems/process orientation in analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
- Motivated to learn new tools
- Ability to present findings to stakeholders and communicate results to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to formulate hypotheses, draw conclusions and deliver results
- Commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion and diversity.
- Preferred:
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a technical or business analyst role is preferred
- TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Required:
- Must possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Preferred:
- Base understanding of RPA (Robotics Process Automation), Process Mining, OCR/Document Automation, and or other automation fundamentals is a plus
