Job Summary
SHI has an exciting opportunity to join our Managed Workplace Services (MWS) Group as a Services Administrator. This is a full-time position for a professional who will oversee and coordinate the daily administrative procedures and processes required to support SHI’s customers.
This position reports to the Sr. Program Director of Lifecycle Services and is performed from SHI’s Austin, TX office location.

Responsibilities
- Provide all order entry instructions to MWS Operations Team including revenue, customer account, part numbers, reference numbers, purchase order numbers, and customer information
- Provide administrative support for internal tools
- Manage orders and quoting process between vendor and customer
- Generate and distribute reports
- Collaborate with SHI’s partners to ensure successful delivery of services, reporting and customer satisfaction
- Provide program advice to on-boarded clients
- Coordinate with internal SHI teams on project strategy to maintain consistent communication, set expectations and ensure client satisfaction
- Liaise with Customer, Partners, and SHI personnel for problem resolution
- Coordinate account creation and disabling
- Provide support for onboarding and offboarding deployment technicians
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint
- Experienced with Microsoft Word and track changes
- 1-year experience in a customer service position – phone and email response
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks with efficiency and accuracy
- Ability to take direction and follow instructions
- Ability to learn new concepts and processes quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
- Strong problem solving, organizational, and time management skills.
Unique Requirements
- Position requires infrequent travel to attend quarterly business reviews (<10%)
- Extended hours may be required to complete some special projects
Additional Information
- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
