We are looking for a Digital Program Specialist to join our team! As part of the Account Management team, the Program Specialist will provide support to our client facing teams for a major Automotive brand. This person will work to service the client, client facing teams and program vendors in terms of; analyzing program analytics, reporting requests, data analysis, dealer adoption, program compliance, program communication and identifying opportunities to optimize the digital programs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Support Program Managers on key projects and contractual deliverables. Over time, will own projects from beginning to final delivery to client.
· Monitor project status and open issues and be expected to communicate status with client as requested.
· Support vendor relationships and help to ensure deliverables are met and vendor performance is in line with program expectations. As role progresses, will be expected to own these relationships, ensure integration and compliance of deliverables, and establish corrective action plans where necessary.
· Use program performance data to develop several weekly, monthly and quarterly reports. Assist Program Manager in making recommendations using performance data reports, and present to client as requested.
· Provide analysis of product performance and services using tools provided. As knowledge and data skills improve, will provide more in depth analytical analysis and case studies to be used in guiding client business decisions.
· Facilitate QA process for digital program, with the longer-term goal of leading QA activities on program solutions to be delivered to the client
· Provide support in creating communication materials include marketing, training, and reporting.
· Work effectively within the client team to identify new product or data opportunities to improve the value of the program
· Work with dealer support team for important communication initiatives and help with issue resolution
· Some travel within market to support program initiatives, program launch events and travel to the client and their regional offices
Required Experience and Skills:
· Project and/or Account management skills
· Digital Marketing and/or Digital Analytics experience
· Ability to provide valuable feedback and recommendations to client as requested, and to adopt key decision making skills
· Detailed & functional expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, with an advanced skill set in Microsoft Excel (i.e. creating complex spreadsheets, including use of Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts)
o Candidates will be required to complete an Excel skills test
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary to promote a collaborative team environment and add value to the client relationship
· Detail oriented and self-motivated
· Must have a College Degree
Desired Skills:
· Automotive experience is preferred
· Understanding of the digital space, associated analytics, and delivery of technology solutions is highly desired
· At least two years of professional work experience in Digital Marketing or related field
· Entrepreneurial spirit with strong leadership skills
· Desire to own success of projects
