Fry Cook Line cook
Job Posting for Fry Cook Line cook at shikora-express-japanese-grill
- We are looking for a experienced line cook /fry cook who will also share in some prep duties as well as other kitchen duties
- Experience is preferred but will train the right person
- Prepare and operate Frying station , flat top and oven.
- Must be able to Read ticket orders
- Must be able to understand and follow instructions
- Will be expected to lift , load and carry up to 40 lbs and work with hot and cold food items.
- Applicant must be able to stand and move about the kitchen without rest for long periods during busy times.
- Must be able to maintain a clean & professional appearance
- Have a positive attitude and demonstrate teamwork
- We are open 6AM until 9PM and closed on Sunday*
- Closed most major holidays*
- Employee meal plan
- Full time or part time
- Flexible shifts dependent on your availability.
