Job Title: INSCOM CD2 Palantir Analyst
We are seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting Palantirs implementation teams to support and strengthen the unique partnerships with Palantir's clients user base. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, and develop new Palantir use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems. This may take the form of embedding with users across the world as well as downloading your insights directly with Palantir team members in our offices. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success.

Core Responsibilities
- Ability to help map and model data integrations to an Ontology
- Provide direct customer support to intel analysts at MIB-Ts
- Respond to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues.
- Learn and become an SME on the Palantir Products
- Provide desk-side training to analysts.
- Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting
- Provide feedback to the Palantir engineering team about the product
- Strong Palantir Gotham (traditional workspace) baseline
- DoD Intel Background with experience fusing intel in support of operations
- Self-motivated personality and initiative who can work independently as well as with a team
- Experience training in a classroom or one on one setting
- Aptitude to learn technical troubleshooting HTML, Ruby, Python, and/or Java, as well as hardware, networks, and server administration
- Strong communication skills with users focusing on breaking down, explaining, and demonstrating complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Strong communication skills with the product team advocating for their interests and flagging important observations with technical teams.
- Ability to travel independently overseas if required by the client.
- Army All Source Intel Analyst or Army GEOINT Analyst background
- Experience with technical troubleshooting HTML, Ruby, Python, and/or Java, as well as hardware, networks, and server administration
- Experience with Palantir Gaia
- Strong knowledge of excel
- Data analyst background
- Familiarity with DCGS-A CD1 or CD2
