Shipley Do-Nuts is Hiring Bakers & Crew Members for our Dallas, TX Location!
Starting Pay Range Between $10.00 - $14.00/hr. (depending on position)

We’re seeking energetic, creative, and responsible new baker team members to help us roll, cut, and bake our famous donuts and kolaches.
We’re also looking new crew members to help us deliver the best customer experience.
No one’s better! What you need to join our team:
Bakers/Cutter
- Previous kitchen experience a plus
- Great interpersonal communication skills to work as a team
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and operations procedures
- Able to follow recipes and both written and verbal instructions
- Responsible and on time to help us deliver the best customer satisfaction
Team Members
- Smile and greet guests and provide immediate and excellent guest experiences
- Give the guest great service and let them know it was your pleasure
- Be able to work other areas of the shop as a team member
- Responsible and on time to help us deliver the best customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience not needed but must have an attention to detail
- All shifts available M-F & Weekends, morning and afternoon shifts available
- Most morning shifts start at 3:00 am, you have the rest of the day off!
