Overview :
ShipOffers is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. Reporting directly to the Sales Operations Manager, the ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting our Sales and Business Development teams.
This role demands a proactive mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to excel both independently and within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support traveling sales executives, ensuring prompt email responses and prioritizing correspondence.
- Take comprehensive meeting notes and action items, disseminating them to relevant stakeholders to drive progress.
- Cultivate a culture of process and efficiency within the sales department, advocating best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill client projects and tasks, showcasing flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Assist in shipping samples to potential clients and preparing cost analyses.
- Follow and enhance existing processes for onboarding new clients.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of client interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and supporting informed decision-making.
- Generate reports and insights from CRM data to bolster strategic initiatives and sales forecasting efforts.
Salary : $ 55,000 to $70,000 (based on background and experience)
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in administrative support roles is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM systems, with the ability to swiftly grasp new technologies.
