Enterprise Account Executive - SaaS

About ShipperHQ and this position:

ShipperHQ is a startup headquartered in Austin, TX making a big impact in the ecommerce shipping space. Founded in 2009, we are a premier supplier of shipping software for ecommerce sites, selling to both SMB and Enterprise customers. We have 50 team members spread across the US, the UK and Australia. 30 members are based in Austin, TX. We are seeking an outgoing individual with a positive attitude that is willing to grow with the company.

Day to Day:

The Enterprise Account Executive will focus on selling and closing new business opportunities with prospects.

The Enterprise Account Executive will contribute in the following areas:

  • Conducting sales calls and demos with prospects, with a focus on qualifying them for our product and within SMB or Enterprise sales pipelines.
  • Manage a sales funnel, managing sales opportunities from start to finish and working to move them through the pipeline as quickly as possible
  • Think critically about existing and potential sales processes to find ways to improve and refine them
  • Provide feedback to other teams including marketing and product to improve our messaging and overall solution

The ideal candidate has the following experience:

  • Between 3-5 Years in a SaaS sales role
  • Experience in and knowledge of eCommerce and the eCommerce software landscape
  • Able to build out sales processes
  • Comfortable with sales funnel management
  • Experience with Hubspot preferred

  • Critical thinker: you don’t just look at what we’re doing today, but are constantly thinking about ways we can improve to supercharge our growth
  • Enjoy getting technical: our salespeople aren’t engineers, but we are problem solvers and sometimes those problems can be very complex. Don’t expect to just read from a script.
  • You have a growth mindset 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are a must

This is a highly fast-paced environment where demands are high and staff is relied on to use their intelligence.   • Compensation: $70,000-$105,000
