ShipperHQ is a startup headquartered in Austin, TX making a big impact in the e-commerce shipping space. Founded in 2009, we are a premier supplier of shipping software for e-commerce sites, selling to both SMB and Enterprise customers. We have 40 team members spread across the US, the UK, Ireland, and Australia. 30 members are based in Austin, TX. We are seeking an outgoing individual with a positive attitude who is willing to grow with the company.
Day-to-day, the Sr. Marketing Team Lead will lead the development and execution of our overall marketing and communications strategy with a particular focus on lifecycle marketing, product, and content marketing. This role will report to the CMO and work closely with teams across the organization from Product, Operations, Partnerships, and Sales to create a comprehensive and impactful marketing engine.
The Sr. Marketing Team Lead will contribute in the following areas:
Work with Sr. Leadership to turn insights and ideas into strategies, campaigns, and experiments that prove impact for ShipperHQ
Manage and lead a team of exceptional marketing professionals in product marketing, lifecycle, CRM, and content marketing
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, provide training and development opportunities for team members, and conduct performance evaluations to support their professional growth
Lead the implementation of the core marketing strategy across digital channels, owned, earned, and social
Support the sales engine through management of lifecycle marketing, CRM, product, content, and social media
Own digital strategies to drive customer acquisition across a mix of digital marketing channels, including paid search, social/paid social, SEO, sponsored content, and email
Work closely with the Sales team to optimize MQL to SQL conversion process, increase enablement, and achieve sales-qualified opportunity quotas
Own and drive website conversion rate optimization (CRO) to generate qualified leads and increase site engagement
Define, monitor, and analyze reporting on progressive digital marketing KPIs, applying insights and implications to future marketing activities
Establish strong relationships with partnerships, sales, product, and partner marketing
The ideal candidate would have the following experience:
5 years of marketing experience or comparable seniority
At least 2 years experience in a senior marketing SAAS or software
Experience leading product marketing and lifecycle management
Enthusiasm for a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Outstanding time management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
Strong leadership and collaboration skills

We are only considering candidates within the Austin area as this is a full-time position working out of our Austin, TX office 2 days a week
