Shipt shoppers handpick fresh groceries and household essentials, then deliver them to your door in as little as one hour. Office Administrative Duties: Assist the Office Manager with ensuring Shipt has the best snack game in town. Curating an unparalleled selection of food, beverages, and libations for HQ (Not applicable in Minneapolis) Maintain a functional and comfortable office space by ensuring the cleanliness of lounges, break rooms, and other work areas by partnering with the building maintenance and cleaning crews Manage team member building access and Kadence access to ensure team members have the access to Shipt office space. Assist the office management team with scheduling meetings, facilitating events, mail delivery, and other administrative tasks as needed Run errands to pick up supplies, catering orders, and other necessities Greet all incoming guests and communicate their arrival with hosts (Not applicable in Minneapolis) Prep and prime office and offsite locations for events, meetings, and socials Assist the Office Manager with additional duties as needed, including the on-boarding and off-boarding of employees Act as a champion for the office culture here at Shipt! Leader Support Duties: Support VP leaders in the functions you support to ensure leaders are set up for success in their roles and to effectively lead their teams Manage leader’s calendars to ensure meetings, events, and conferences are effectively scheduled Manage leaders travel accommodations, including: Booking travel arrangements and understanding Shipt’s hotel network in each location Ensuring leader’s have the correct access to each location they are visiting Expensing all travel arrangement costs Manage leader’s expense reporting via Workday Book conference rooms via Target’s outlook system for all Minneapolis based meetings and events (Minneapolis only)* Partner with Target security team to book other Target owned buildings for events, coordinate catering events, and manage team member building access (Minneapolis only)* Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 2 years administrative support and/or other related experiences supporting teams Excellent listening, oral, verbal, and written communication skills required. Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment Must have intermediate or higher mastery of the Google suite of products Attention to detail skills and the ability to multitask Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to multitask with ease, an expert at pivoting from project-to-project as needed Be able to lift heavy objects (15 lbs) We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
