Our Designer will work closely with our Product Development Manager to continue developing our private labels.

THIS IS WHAT A DAY AT WORK MAY BE LIKE…
- Plan, facilitate, and/or execute assigned design projects.
- Research trends and competitive brands.
- Support Product Development Manager in trend research and developing strategic marketing campaign concepts to provide creative solutions that meet business objectives.
- Build concept boards, photo briefs, and design across multiple channels to visualize concepts.
- Assist Design Director with buy meeting prep and developing realistic project timelines.
- Collaborate with the design team and cross-divisional partners.
ABOUT YOU…
- 3 years experience in Outerwear and Apparel Design
- A self-motivated, go-getter, outgoing
- Creative! Show us a strong portfolio
- Able to give, receive, and apply constructive criticism
- Time management - must be able to prioritize and work on multiple projects
- Being able to foresee problems in the schedule and work ahead of time
THE TECH…
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, Adobe CS, and ability to hand-sketch
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes
- The ability to decipher complex layered Illustrator files
- Familiarity with all file types
IT WOULD BE GREAT BUT NOT COMPLETELY NECESSARY TO HAVE…
- Experience in retail industry with an emphasis on streetwear.
