Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will work closely with the CMO and be responsible for implementing marketing strategies to promote our firm’s services, enhance brand awareness, and attract new clients.
- Generate and maintain a marketing calendar (including content and artwork deadlines).
- Keeps marketing materials in-stock and up to date by coordinating requirements with inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
- Ensure a consistent brand presence, personality, and voice in all marketing mediums based on brand guidelines.
- Attend industry functions with opportunities to network and promote the firm.
- Track the monthly performance of campaigns/ads by generating performance reports to management analyzing trends, goals, opportunities, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Run and capture monthly data analysis on Leads, lead conversions and cost analytics.
- Oversee lead dispute process – identify, report and request refund.
- Help facilitate quarterly webinars for each company area of practice (PI, WC, SSDI).
- Oversee client sign-up and disbursement gift process (inventory, logistics, build).
- Coordinate and execute the client and employee referral program.
- Stay updated on current legal trends and industry best practices.
- Source promotional items, monitor inventory levels, assure timely receipts.
- Position may be tasked with other common office duties.
Requirements
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar field (required)
- Digital marketing experience is preferred.
- 1-2 years’ previous experience required.
- Proficiency with marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly with various departments.
- Sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for representing the firm at external community events.
- Multi-tasking experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee marketing initiatives and meet deadlines.
- Superior computer skills for generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data, and sharing this information with other team members in project updates.

Salary : $59,600 - $75,400
