Role description:
We are searching for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced Client Success Director to join our growing team. This position requires knowledge of the SaaS environment, change management process, and retail insights both online and in-store. This role will be a client-facing role which requires an understanding of how we deliver value to our clients and the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior and working level client contacts. This role also involves collaboration with internal stakeholders including the product team, technical integrations, engineering, and sales and marketing. The Client Success team directly impacts the retention and growth of our clients especially as the digital and physical fusion in the Home Furnishings industry continues to increase.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- 3-6 years’ SaaS client success experience, preferably in marketing or retail technology
- Ability to review and explain reports to ensure clients understand the value of the services we deliver
- Guiding clients to add additional services to increase engagement and client ROI
- Experience in the furniture industry (preferred)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Managing client communication
- Developing training materials
- Providing solutions training to clients
- Preparing and reviewing regular client updates and insights
- Identifying and acting on growth opportunities for additional services
- Supporting the sales team in pre-sales as they prepare to transition prospects to clients
Preferred but not required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in the furniture industry
- Microsoft Office or G-Suite experience
- Experience in working with a small, but fast-moving team that is customer-driven
Location: We are currently a hybrid office located in Ann Arbor, MI
