About the Position:
The Sales Account Representative will report directly to our VP of Sales and execute a targeted sales strategy focused on optimizing current travel agency accounts and establishing key new opportunities. This is an exciting role with challenging growth opportunities and close collaboration with incredible partners across the travel sector. We’re a data-driven experience company, and this role will utilize proven engagement methods and innovative technologies to enhance priority partnerships and track measurable results. Responsibilities include optimizing relationships with priority accounts, onboarding new accounts to maximize revenue growth, and providing revenue reports/recommendations to the head of sales.
Responsibilities:
- Execute sales strategy to maximize revenue growth
- Oversee key accounts and manage relationships with decision makers
- Optimize sales with existing accounts and drive sales growth in new partnerships
- Engage partners with training and onboarding to maximize sales
- Understand proven sales solutions and facilitate implementation
- Develop and track target accounts aligned with sales strategy
- Analyze sales performance to identify opportunities and close aggressively
- Provide management with status reports and recommendations
- Participate in partner office visits, training, and conferences (minimal travel required)
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of inside sales experience or equivalent role
- Self-motivated, organized, and enthusiastic
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Suite applications
- Expertise with sales-related technology and CRM applications such as Zoom and SalesForce
- Proven cold-calling and sales prospecting skills
- Exceptional relationship building skills
- Excellent phone/video communication and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of sales performance metrics
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
