Job Description:
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic high-energy Sales and Marketing Executive (individual contributor) with a great attitude to help sell entertainment lifestyle membership subscriptions in the greater Atlanta, GA market. The ideal candidate will be disciplined and have experience in B2B and B2C sales, be a solid self-starter, passionate about their position and the Company, committed to exceeding stated goals. S/he will provide outstanding customer service and have the ability to build rapport with target demographic communities. Additionally, they will be responsible for B2B and B2C customer sign-ups in their local markets. Finally, they must have the ability to work occasional weekends as necessary.
Overview & Responsibilities:
- Drive and meet WEEKLY revenue efforts by creating leads, quality pipelines, and persistent follow-ups
· Hunt, identify and close customer opportunities
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Strong commitment to reaching pre-defined B2C subscription goals
- Update CRM tool daily.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on prospecting review and activity, win/loses, and pipeline updates via CRM
- Contribute to the Company's efforts through entrepreneurial spirit and creativity, which engages and inspires co-workers and customers
- Maintain a positive attitude and give attention to training and team-building exercises
- Be a TEAM player
Qualifications:
- MUST be in the Greater Atlanta, GA area
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
- 3 years of experience in B2C and/or B2B sales
- 2 years of experience in using CRM
- High energy, hard-working individual that possesses competitive commitment to meet stated goals
- Ability to build rapport
- Goal-oriented, data-driven, and prioritizes actions by relevance
- Outstanding ability to work from home and be highly effective and reliable
- Knowledge of the Bollywood entertainment industry and fluency in the Hindi language a Plus
- Must have the ability to work occasional weekends as necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
