Looking to get into the Sales Industry? Want a remote job? SHR Talent is currently seeking several full-time Sales Reps on behalf of a client in Columbia, TN. Individuals can work remotely, but must live in TN and be able to service the counties they work with. No prior sales experience needed.
Essential Job Functions
- Sales Modeling, Forecasting and Tracking:
- Support the development & management of a dynamic sales forecasting model for the complete Over-65 Health Insurance Product Portfolio.
– This model will be used to set overall sales targets
- Develop, update, and manage an actionable sales metrics plan and reporting environment to be used at the corporate and field level. To include
– Dashboards
– Outcome tracking functionality for both overall and specific field expectations
– Lead analysis on markets, competitors, and partners to develop insights on sales trends, success factors, and make recommendations for continued improvement
- Sales Tool Management & Operational Reporting:
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to leverage and enhance Salesforce and Broker Portals capabilities such as:
- Salesforce campaign initiation, management, and reporting
- Lead/prospect intake, management, and conversion metrics
- Member retention analysis and drivers
- Book of Business reporting, trend analysis and forecasting
– Requirements
– Process/data flow documentation
– Testing and validation
– Support Broker Hotline materials updates and triage activities with vendors as appropriate
Support material development for field training and forums:
– Annual CMS training, quarterly metrics, and other sales training/discussion forums
– Support field educational and outreach activities for prospects and members
- Team Contributions
- Outstanding communicator; capable of effectively presenting ideas and selling concepts and tactics to internal and external stakeholders; excellent writer, proven ability to communicate effectively with peers
- Ability to establish trust of business partners and other members of leadership team; builds effective relationships within the organization; uses diplomacy and tact
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma required.
