Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Coordination: Oversee the efficient coordination of operational aspects of the department to ensure effectiveness.
- Customer Interaction: Demonstrate excellent customer support by responding to inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for our customers, and implementing follow-up procedures.
- Process Oversight: Manage process flows, oversee activities, and manage inventory while maintaining dedicated attention to accuracy and organization.
- Team Leadership: Lead a small team, fostering collaboration and providing guidance and support to optimize team performance.
- Performance Excellence: Execute strategies for continuous improvement, ensuring the team operates at a high level.
- Collaboration: Collaborates with a team of customer service specialists while reporting to the Director of the Department.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in operations or a related field with experience in the medical field preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on optimizing processes.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a small team effectively.
- Outstanding customer support and communication skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with management, team members, and all levels of management and employees within the organization.
- Strong follow-up skills to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.
