What you'll Do Here:
- Execute all parts of the gear ingestion process to ensure all new items are ingested accurately and within their SLA. Partner with the Business Analyst to identify and remove friction while continuously improving the overall system.
- Partner with warehouse operations and customer service leadership to create and increase training for teams, including SOPs, internal training videos, FAQs, and in person training.
- Produce high quality in house product photography for our website
- Collaborate with other market experts to provide input on potential gear options and share up-to-date gear news/developments with the Buyer
- Partner with the repair team to support, review, and track performance, part requirements, and other post-customer trends that emerge.
- Contribute to knowledge base for internal and customer facing roles.
The Skills You'll Bring:
- BA in film, communications, or other similar area, or equivalent work experience
- 2 years on set experience strongly desired
- Experience working with cross functional partners, meeting deadlines, and completing deliverables.
- Highly developed gear technical skills, including working with a plethora of photo and video equipment across many brands. This includes a range of items from high end cameras from RED and ARRI, accessories like sliders, audio equipment, and lighting, and DSLRs, lenses, and support from Canon, Sony, Nikon, Fuji, etc.
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal skills.
