The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to executive leadership. Offers support for various main office functions for the Denton office. Serves as an essential contact of the office by greeting visitors and responding to requests.
Essential Responsibilities/Duties:
Provides front desk coverage, greeting guests, and maintaining an organized clean office environment.
Managing daily lunch needs for leadership team.
Schedule travel arrangements for leadership team and guests.
Schedules appointments, meetings, and reservations.
Maintains mangers calendars.
Provides administrative support to leaders, including email correspondence, and generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, and forms.
Updates and distributes company organizational charts monthly using Visio software.
Creates PowerPoint presentations for leadership as needed.
Maintains and orders general office supplies.
Prepare and submit monthly expense reports for leadership team.
Special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education –
High School Diploma or equivalent

Proven administrative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Strong time-management skills and multitasking skills
Proficient in a Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently
Experience –
Previous experience working in an administrative support role, preferred.
