Night Auditor

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This position requires excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
- Perform front desk duties, including check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions
- Prepare reports detailing hotel occupancy, revenue, and other relevant information
- Assist with guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain security by monitoring access and ensuring the safety of guests and staff
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle phone systems effectively
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in languages commonly spoken by our guests
- Proficiency in hospitality software and computer systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures
- Exceptional guest relations skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service

-A set schedule is provided (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 10pm-8am). This position is 30 hours but an additional desk shift can be provided to get you to 40!

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
