What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative position at SIB Holdings?
GETIDA, a business unit within SIB, is looking for a motivated, talented and authentic Sales Representative to join our booming team. As part of the GETIDA Sales team, you will not be siloed. We want a collaborative individual who contributes to the Sales effort, works in a dynamic environment, and can help build processes. In this role your voice will be heard as you will have the ability to provide ongoing feedback and share wins with the team & C-level stakeholders as you drive GETIDA's overall sales performance.

JOB ROLE
- Interact with prospects cold & warm leads via channels: Telephone, email, text and social media with a high attention to detail
- Research ideal targets, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities
- Transform leads into qualified opportunities by partnering with Sales to create and execute on a variety of lead-generation campaigns
- Track all relevant qualification and lead management activity using CRM and Sales Engagement software tools
- Report on lead qualification and call activity
- Have thorough knowledge of GETIDA product and offerings to effectively communicate value propositions, handle objections and competitive questions
- Be informed about Amazon FBA seller business process
- Consistently achieve quotas to ensure Sales meets revenue objectives
- Collaborate and communicate with the Revenue team and C-level executives
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven excellence in business development or inside sales
- Experience in B2B sales is preferred but not required
- Experience using HubSpot/SFdc or comparable CRM strongly desired
- Experience using Outreach or Salesloft, strong plus
- Strong understanding of SDR and lead development best practices and procedures
- Proven ability to perform successfully given autonomy
- 100% reliable and detail-oriented
- Strong consultative speaking skills
- Positive can-do attitude and work ethic
- Driven and self-sufficient
- Adaptable to the dynamic and diverse startup environment with a hard-working hustle attitude
Physical Demands
