Job requirements for this role:

  • Min 3 years IT Service Desk experience
  • Extensive Office 365 support experience
  • End user support experience solving technical issues
  • Must have at least 2 years of Server experience
  • Prefer Microsoft, VMware or Cisco certifications
  • Exceptional customer service experience is a requirement
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prefer min. associates degree for this role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,733.00 - $65,121.00 per year
