Job requirements for this role:
- Min 3 years IT Service Desk experience
- Extensive Office 365 support experience
- End user support experience solving technical issues
- Must have at least 2 years of Server experience
- Prefer Microsoft, VMware or Cisco certifications
- Exceptional customer service experience is a requirement
- Excellent communication skills
- Prefer min. associates degree for this role
