Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Sales and Marketing Operations Associate. This role will work closely with sales and marketing leaders to manage administrative and operational tasks. Your analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work with cross-functional teams will be essential in driving data-based decision-making and improving overall operational efficiency. This position offers flexible working hours and an opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Support the administration, creation and publication of commercial reports
Support the administration, creation and publication of internal presentation decks
Manage, schedule and keep agendas of internal commercial team meetings
Support the administration, upkeep and maintenance of the CRM records and dashboards
Support pipeline management by working with the sales team to ensure timely CRM updates for accurate reporting
Communicate deliverables, objectives and timelines to appropriate stakeholders
Skills:
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment under pressure
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), ability to communicate effectively, can effectively demonstrate multitasking, ability to troubleshoot, excellent phone customer service skills, basic data entry skills, demonstrated relationship skills, demonstrated experience working with minimal supervision
Provides support by gathering information for analysis, reports and correspondences.
Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
Ability to manage and coordinate through multiple channels of communication simultaneously
The ability to track the progress of multiple tasks, documenting and resolving roadblocks as needed
Demonstrated troubleshooting skills and the flexibility to pivot when needed
Technology:
HubSpot - required
Google Suite - preferred
Microsoft Suite - preferred
ZoomInfo - preferred
LinkedIn Sales Navigator - preferred
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in sales and marketing analytics or operations
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Hubspot, Excel, SQL, CRM platforms, data visualization tools)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze and interpret complex data sets
Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively present insights and recommendations
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and best practices
Familiarity with digital marketing channels and platforms is a plus
Experience with Hubspot or other CRM systems is required
