Key Responsibilities:

• Scrum Facilitation: Lead daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure the team is on track to deliver high-quality products.
• Team Empowerment: Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices to enhance collaboration, self-organization, and cross-functionality.
• Obstacle Removal: Identify and address impediments that hinder the team's progress, working proactively to eliminate roadblocks and streamline workflow.
• Communication: Foster transparent communication within the team and with stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on project goals and priorities.
• Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating regular retrospectives and implementing action items to enhance team performance.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience:2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
• Skills:
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
• Ability to foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
• Proficiency in using Agile tools for tracking progress and managing tasks.
• Personal Attributes:
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
