Key Responsibilities:
- Scrum Facilitation: Lead daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure the team is on track to deliver high-quality products.
- Team Empowerment: Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices to enhance collaboration, self-organization, and cross-functionality.
- Obstacle Removal: Identify and address impediments that hinder the team's progress, working proactively to eliminate roadblocks and streamline workflow.
- Communication: Foster transparent communication within the team and with stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on project goals and priorities.
- Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating regular retrospectives and implementing action items to enhance team performance.
- Experience:2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
- Skills:
- Deep understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
- Proficiency in using Agile tools for tracking progress and managing tasks.
