Job Posting for Regional Branch Manager (Bilingual) at Siembra Digital, LLC
Duties
Oversee the daily operations of the assigned branches, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Hires, trains, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all employees in the assigned branches locations.
Actively collaborates in developing business strategy and regional expansion.
Prepares and supervises an annual operating budget.
Coordinate all activities regarding the collection of loans to clients.
Collaborates with other district managers to set reasonable sales goals.
Collaborates with CEO to set performance standards. Standards may be based on financial and operational goals and required compliance with internal, local, state, and federal policies, procedures, and regulations.
Conducts regular staff meetings to ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated with branch staff; provides guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet these goals and objectives.
Identifies training needs and opportunities; develops and implements actions for meeting training objectives.
Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff.
Participates in community activities to promote the organization and to build goodwill.
Collaborates with other managers and district managers regarding advertising, marketing, and growth campaigns.
Assists with start-up, development, and growth of new branches as needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
-100% Bilingual (Spanish level - native) - Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry. - Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills. - Excellent business development and project management abilities. - Ability to effectively manage a team and foster a positive work environment. - Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. - Proficient in analyzing financial data and making informed decisions based on profitability analysis. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Sales experience.
