Regional Branch Manager (Bilingual)

Duties

• Oversee the daily operations of the assigned branches, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Hires, trains, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all employees in the assigned branches locations.
• Actively collaborates in developing business strategy and regional expansion.
• Prepares and supervises an annual operating budget.
• Coordinate all activities regarding the collection of loans to clients.
• Collaborates with other district managers to set reasonable sales goals.
• Collaborates with CEO to set performance standards. Standards may be based on financial and operational goals and required compliance with internal, local, state, and federal policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Conducts regular staff meetings to ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated with branch staff; provides guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet these goals and objectives.
• Identifies training needs and opportunities; develops and implements actions for meeting training objectives.
• Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff.
• Participates in community activities to promote the organization and to build goodwill.
• Collaborates with other managers and district managers regarding advertising, marketing, and growth campaigns.
• Assists with start-up, development, and growth of new branches as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

-100% Bilingual (Spanish level - native)
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills.
- Excellent business development and project management abilities.
- Ability to effectively manage a team and foster a positive work environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Proficient in analyzing financial data and making informed decisions based on profitability analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales experience.
