As technical trainer you will be a part of dedicated team that is characterized by not compromising on safety, has high quality awareness and enjoys a good laugh.
You will be responsible for the delivery of our technical training portfolio, evaluating training material, recommending improvements, and staying knowledgeable about our wind turbines and technology.
You will be a part of training activities both locally and abroad, and an estimate of 20 travel days per year is to be expected
For our training execution team we are looking for a self-driven Technical Trainer who is eager to play a part in the execution of technical training and, hence, the development of our technicians across the organization.
We deliver both safety and technical training for internal and external technicians and provides support to the training development department on a regular basis - you will take part in these activities.

- Conducts individual and group technical training courses and activities for employees and customers
- Identifies customers’ needs and evaluates and obtains training programs and materials from external vendors
- Completes development of new course materials
- Prepares cost calculation of trainings
- Performs trainings or organizes and supervises trainings services for clients
- Reviews feedback, and modifies/revises course materials as instructed
- May provide technical support in case of complaints

- You can work in a structured and organized manner managing to keep several balls in the air at the same time
- You are a skilled Excel user
- You have operational experience with training.
- You have a technical mindset and are innovative – but also realistic
- You are proactive and have an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Fluent in English and possess excellent intercultural competences
- In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated
- Working remotely according to SGRE politics
- Skillful to deliver training by virtual means
- Experience working as wind technician in a windfarm or similar, preferred
