About us
Siemens Tessent Silicon Lifecycle Solutions division develops silicon IP and software that is used by OEMs and integrated circuit (IC) manufacturers globally to improve their semiconductor design and manufacturing flows. Would you be interested in taking a prominent role in the marketing of our Embedded Analytics and Test Solutions products? As a Marketing Programs Manager, you’ll work alongside a small, globally-dispersed team responsible for planning and implementing activities across the entire marketing mix – from in-person, hybrid, online trade shows and events, to content-based marketing, and social media, and marketing automation-based online tactics.
Your Responsibilities
- Working with product marketing groups (our “internal clients) to create annual & quarterly campaign plans
- Planning and project management of specific activities, including:
- Conducting webinars
- Email campaigns
- Attending trade shows and events
- Paid-for advertising
- Leading Tessent social media presence (primarily LinkedIn and our hosted blog)
- Identifying and implementing appropriate success metrics to allow us to establish firm ROI for marketing activities
- Understanding the needs of the sales force & their customers
- Contributing to units' budget planning
- Providing Marketing related reporting
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5 or more years of proven marketing experience in the B2B technology (ideally, software) industry
- Proven ability to monitor and communicate progress towards program goals
- Strong digital marketing, project management, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work and deliver to a deadline with high-quality work
- Ability to work with others and build consensus-based decisions
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Ability to thrive in a complex environment within a large company
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
- Experience with the Siemens Digital Industries Software product portfolio or equivalent
- Experience working in semiconductors, EDA, or other deep tech industries
