We are hiring an Order Administrator to join our growing team of professionals at Russelectric, a Siemens business, in Hingham MA. In this role you will report to the head of Order Management and will look after the entire administrative settlement from order entry to billing, working closely with our team of project managers and order managers. In addition, you will collaborate with multiple other internal departments.
Main responsibilities:
- Work in SAP and 3rd party customer portals to process various steps of the order lifecycle
- Review accuracy of entered orders
- Assign orders to the order managers and project managers
- Monitor and troubleshoot unsuccessful invoices
- Check accuracy of sales reps commission calculation
- Fill vendor forms, certificates of insurance and other documentation required by customers
- Issue credit memos in SAP
- Monitor and troubleshoot changes to sales orders in SAP and COMPAS tool
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, state-recognized GED, or state recognized high school proficiency exam required
- Competence with Microsoft Office Applications, with a strong proficiency in Excel
- Good Communications Skills, both written and oral
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Work experience (1-2 years)
- Experience with complex ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Proactive, responsible, driven, team player
- This is a hybrid position (2-3 days in the office in Hingham MA and the rest of the time can be remote)
