Then help us create lasting, positive impact! We are looking for a Product Specialist - Retrofit to join our Digital Industries (DI) division.
You'll make an impact by:
- Delivering CS MC Retrofits, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded
- Attending customer sites to discuss and develop Retrofit opportunities, winning new orders and improving customer satisfaction
- Providing timely quotes based on technical requirements and specifications, and following up on all quotations
- Creating real value for customers through customer-driven innovation by understanding their business requirements and implementing strategies and plans that offer the best solutions
- Taking ownership of delivering customer retrofit projects throughout their lifecycle, acting as the main point of contact for generating our response while ensuring appropriate timescales are met
- Providing project management for Retrofit projects and building strong collaborative working relationships with internal colleagues, subcontractors, third parties, and customers associated with these projects
- Ensuring the quality of service provided to each customer meets or exceeds their expectations and acting as a point of escalation for support incidents on Retrofit projects
- Thinking strategically about our service products, suggesting and recommending ways to improve our product portfolio, service, and efficiency
You excel in:
- Experience in fault finding, commissioning, and maintenance of SIEMENS Drives, Motors, PLCs, Control equipment, PCs, and Safety-related products
- Demonstrating a broad range of experience and application knowledge in various industrial settings
- Excellent presentation skills, applications, market and competition knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization
- Working under pressure both independently and as part of a team
- Holding a valid driving license
