What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr Facility Coordinator position at Siemens?
- Build and manage a team of Regional Facility Coordinators that support the Healthineers locations.
- Collaborate with the Facility and Technical Project Team on Facility Communications such as notices, surveys, and purchase order creation/management.
- Manage employee services offered by Facilities such as Meeting Spaces, Audio/Video Equipment, Event Support, Office Equipment/Supplies, Mail Services, etc.
- Build, support, and maintain the facilities HOST concierge program (with app) across the portfolio.
- Are Customer Service Focused, Detail Oriented, Accuracy Driven, and the ability to handle a high volume of varied tasks simultaneously within an existing, tight knit, yet diverse, group.
- Have ability to learn and execute a wide variety of tasks within numerous specialized software platforms including, but not limited to IWMS Systems, CMMS Systems, etc.
- Working with senior leadership to ensure real estate operations success and consistency
- Current trends in the marketplace as it relates to employee services, collaboration software, etc.
- Experience working with Windows 10, Windows Office Suite, MS TEAMS, Adobe, Visio, AutoCAD, and Planon.
- Have 5 plus years of experience leading/managing a team while supporting a large portfolio with various types of locations.
- Have a degree in Communications/Business/Project Management or a minimum of 6 years of equivalent experience.
- Process plan creation and execution.
- Strong communicator across all levels.
