HCM Techno-Functional Consultant Required
8 years of SAP experience as an SAP on-premises implementation analyst/developer in the SAP HCM Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, ESS, MSS, and Compensation modules ü Demonstrated capability to analyze business processes, functional and technical requirements and deliver effective and efficient business process improvements. ü Cross functional experience with SAP HR modules Time and Payroll. ü Integration experience is required connecting SAP and non-SAP systems. ü Good understanding and working with ABAP-HR programming (involving infotypes – PA/OM, structural authorizations, HR macros, logical databases etc.) Nice to have: ü Experience on any module of SuccessFactors would be a plus. ü Have experience working on HR Transformation projects. Responsibilities: ü Serve as subject matter expert in SAP HCM (Organization Management/Personal Administration/Compensation) ü Understand complex requirements and formulate cost-effective best-in-class solutions to support business needs ü Analyze business processes and develop and implement improvements to streamline, simplify and optimize SAP solution ü Perform solution design and deliver solution documentation based on business requirements; perform post-deployment assessments and remedial actions to assure optimized business process ü Create functional designs to be developed by SAP developers and validate results ü Provide functional guidance to Business Owners during testing cycles and approval process ü Assists customers improve business processes and documents changes required to SAP configuration settings to implement redesigned business processes ü Develop to-be design documentation for Master Data and Process designs ü Make SAP configuration settings as required ü Develop functional specifications for Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Data Conversions, Enhancements and Forms ü Coordinate with technical developers to review specifications with customers, explain the design and obtain approval of specifications ü Assist customers anticipate, identify, and resolve post go-live issues ü Update all design, configuration and specification documentation and conducts a documentation walk through with customer ü Provides knowledge transfer to support teams.
