Sierra ITS has been asked by the nation's top company in their industry to identify someone like you to join their small existing team of Application Support Analysts whose mission is to provide the highest level of support for several of their most critical enterprise applications.
You'll be trained on the technology then do what you do...become an SME in record time. This highly specialized team takes great pride in its resolution rate - and your efforts will have a measurable impact on this metric. You'll support, test, analyze, debug, and document complex software systems.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- On-site in Lake Forest office
Required
- 3 years of supporting corporate business applications
- SQL (read/interpret tables and columns)
- Testing (UAT)
- Superb customer service skills
- Fast, aggressive learner
This is a contract-to-hire position, so for the first 6 months, you will be a contract employee of Sierra ITS working on-site with our client. We'll pay you a quality hourly rate ($42/hr) and provide the support you need while you dazzle with your skills - which will earn you the opportunity to convert to direct hire status after 6 months. Salary (80k) great benefits, perks, and long-term career path are all included.
