The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, it is a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems. Responsibilities:
- Review & interpret engineering design drawings
- Input & update design drawings within MMAS.
- Communicate & collaborate with engineering department on a regular basis to ensure drawings are accurate to the MMAS
- Maintain a 100% accuracy rate in design to production of engineering drawings
- Provide data review to program and planning management in the form of reporting
- Support a wide array of planning efforts across all IAS planning programs
Must-haves:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field of study and typically 0-2 years of relevant experience
- A higher level degree may substitute for experience
- Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
- Exposure to the engineering change process
- Basic understanding of master production planning
- Familiarity with applicable technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals and/or publications
- Strong communication, problem solving, interpersonal and decision-making skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of how material flows in an ERP system in a Government Programs environment
- Understanding of planning, scheduling and managing the efficient movement of material from receiving, through the warehouse, inspection and to production
- Proficient in understanding ECOs/ECNs from a material standpoint, making changes in the Material Management System to support the design
- Proficient in developing and maintaining a detailed program status that concentrates on defining critical path items from a materials standpoint
- Attention to detail
Preferred:
- Experience with Microsoft collaboration tools
- Experience in Supply Chain Management and /or Operations Management
- Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR)
- Understanding of Unified Commercial Code (UCC)
- Prior experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and /or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems.
