Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth through building and maintaining strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. We have successfully built one of the largest Roofing Companies in Southern California. We utilize the latest techniques and materials in roofing, exterior painting, solar integration, window and door replacements to deliver exceptional results for our customers.
Duties
- Meet or exceed lead generation targets consistently.
- Canvas areas to meet and offer services
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in canvassing, lead generation, or door-to-door sales within the home improvement industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Communicate remodeling services and drive new business product lines
- Outside sales, where you will present a business proposition for business collaborations and data exchange.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand customer base and achieve sales goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with businesses to promote data switch for lead generation.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track interactions and progress.
- Negotiate agreements to maximize profits and business relations.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and resources.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- A strong customer service spirit, coupled with patience and the ability to handle customer interactions effectively
- Persistence, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection professionally and positively
- goal-oriented individuals who are motivated by targets and excel in driving results in a competitive environment Requirements
- Cold calling is a must to establish client base, but direct contact is also required on the field
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent strategic planning abilities.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.
- Knowledge of company cam is a plus
- MUST HAVE A SALES ATTITUDE WITH A LAID BACK CLOSE; AND A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS APPEARANCE TO MEET AND MAKE CONNECTIONS.
