Sierra is hiring for a Merchandise Supervisor/ Keyholder.
We are looking for someone who has a strong background in merchandising both hard lines and soft lines as well as strong leadership skills. Our ideal candidate will be able to lead a team in successful merchandising to assist in driving sales in our store, possess a passion for customer service, willingness to learn, coach and train associates, and be a team player.
This position will be a member of our store leadership team with open availability who can open and close the store as needed. We are a growing company with 100 locations across the U.S. and new stores opening yearly.
