Sightfull, a well-funded early-stage startup is looking for a Senior Account executive, dedicated and analytical to create and drive sales processes. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing startup reporting to the VP of Sales.
We're seeking a sharp, fast learner with excellent presentation skills, that will achieve sales targets, and expand our customer base.
Responsibilities
- The Sales Account Executive position is a quota-carrying position
- Understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level
- Strategically plan account closings and manage internal resources to affect close
- Articulate Sightfull’s value proposition clearly and effectively
- Understand competitive landscape
- Lead customers through an end-to-end sales cycle
- Map out accounts, by identifying champions and influencers, and leverage those relationships to gain access and influence with Decision Makers/ CFO'S/CRO's
Requirements
- 3-4 years of quota-carrying SaaS/B2B software sales experience
- 1-2 years of BDR experience
- Strong prospecting skills
- Experience managing a persona-based, use case sale including technical validation and cost justification.
- BI Domain expertise (Looker, SiSense, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Anaplan)
- Strong proficiency with the MEDDIC sales methodology is a plus
- Ability to identify and build champions
- Track record of over-achieving quotas in previous roles
- Thrives in a startup environment; self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- Proficient in using Salesforce
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Personal interest in how executives operate SaaS businesses
