Sightfull, a well-funded early-stage startup is looking for a Senior Account executive, dedicated and analytical to create and drive sales processes. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing startup reporting to the VP of Sales.

We're seeking a sharp, fast learner with excellent presentation skills, that will achieve sales targets, and expand our customer base.

Responsibilities

  • The Sales Account Executive position is a quota-carrying position
  • Understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level
  • Strategically plan account closings and manage internal resources to affect close
  • Articulate Sightfull’s value proposition clearly and effectively
  • Understand competitive landscape
  • Lead customers through an end-to-end sales cycle
  • Map out accounts, by identifying champions and influencers, and leverage those relationships to gain access and influence with Decision Makers/ CFO'S/CRO's

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of quota-carrying SaaS/B2B software sales experience
  • 1-2 years of BDR experience
  • Strong prospecting skills
  • Experience managing a persona-based, use case sale including technical validation and cost justification.
  • BI Domain expertise (Looker, SiSense, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Anaplan)
  • Strong proficiency with the MEDDIC sales methodology is a plus
  • Ability to identify and build champions
  • Track record of over-achieving quotas in previous roles
  • Thrives in a startup environment; self-motivated and entrepreneurial
  • Proficient in using Salesforce
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Personal interest in how executives operate SaaS businesses
  • A strong presence on the phone and remote web sessions (Demo
