We are seeking a Navy Veteran with experience as a Training Systems Specialist to fill that role as part of the Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP) team in Yokosuka, JP.
The ideal candidate must have 10 years of configuration and operation experience with Navy shipboard training systems. Candidate must have an active Secret security clearance. We need the rare skill set in training configuration, operation, maintenance, and management that you have developed through your Naval Careers to assist the TTPG team in executing its mission of providing tactical training to ships in the basic phase through Fleet Synthetic Training (FST). Be on the cutting edge of Live Virtual Training and make a difference to our Navy's capability at the same time.
- 10 years of configuration and operation experience with one or more of the following systems:
- AN/USQ-46 Battle Force Team Trainer (BFTT)
- AN/USQ-T47 Battle Force Electronic Warfare Trainer Systems (BEWT)
- USW Training Systems
- Demonstrated supervisory or independent work experience.
- Recent configuration and operation experience for one or more of the following systems:
- Modeling and Simulation
- Joint Semi Automated Forces (JSAF)
- Tactical Data Information Link (TDL) generation systems supporting LOS Link 11(A), LOS Link 16, Joint Range Extension Application Protocol
- Global Command and Control System-Maritime
Personnel Clearance Level:
- Candidate must possess an active, DoD Secret security clearance.
Mandatory Certifications:
- CompTIA Security or equivalent
Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000 annually.
