MGB-10907 - RN Med/Surg Tele - Salem, MA - 13 Weeks Contract
Sigma Healthcare team is looking for a Registered Nurse Medical/Surgical Telemetry to work onsite at our client's facility in Salem, MA.
Shift : Days/Eves/Nights Rotate & EOW - 36hrs
Responsibilities :
Under the general supervision of the Nurse Manager, is primarily responsible for professional performance and direct patient care.
The role encompasses nursing assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation, and coordination of care for patients and their families across the health care continuum.
The registered nurse is accountable for clinical, educational, quality and fiscal patient care outcomes using the model of care designed by the nursing department and in accordance with established agency policies, procedures, protocols, guidelines and standards of practice
Reports to the unit nurse manager.
Requirements :
Graduate from an accredited nursing school, associate's or bachelor's of science degree program; BSN preferred.
Valid State RN licensure required (Where applicable)
Travelers must have an active BLS certification. They should also be Telemetry certified.
2 years of hospital experience required.
Skill Sets Required:
Cardiac Telemetry Cardiac drips, Interpret Tele Strips, TR Bands, Hi-Flow Oxygen.
