Title: Hotel Security Officer
Schedule: Part-time
Saturday - Sunday 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Location: Natick, MA
Pay rate: $16.50-$17.25
The #1 franchise in the country, Signal of New England, is seeking qualified customer-driven Security Officers for a flagship site located in Natick. This highly visible role works closely with the concierge and staff and elevates the level of service and security provided to guests with professionalism and discretion. We are looking for individuals who are detailed oriented, polished, reliable, articulate, strong collaborators, and communicators. Stationed at the front desk in the building lobby, along with providing a roving patrol of the site, serves as the primary point of contact for guests. Provide safety and security through professional interactions.

- Monitor security systems and cameras, conduct visual property inspections and maintain reports of activity and escalating actions needed.
- Maintain COVID protocols as mandated by the state as needed
Qualifications:
- Highly Organized–superior ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with focus and precision.
- Personality and Presence–stand proud and approachable, and approach all encounters with a courteous and service-oriented manner with safety as a priority
- Detail Oriented–provides detailed shift reports and ensures that follow-up occurs to provide closure to outstanding matters
- Accountability–ability to be prompt to report to work timely in conducting tasks throughout shifts and reviewing your work for effectiveness and efficiency and striving for perfection
- Team Spirit–treats colleagues with respect and positivity, be a mentor to new members, and provide assistance and coverage to support your team, as deemed necessary
- 2-3 years' experience in hospitality, events, and/or high-level customer service role
- Associate, Bachelor's Degree, or currently enrolled in college courses required
- Security experience preferred
- AED, CPR, and First Aid skills required; will train as needed
- The position requires standing for long lengths of time
- MUST BE 21 years of age to apply
