SMPC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Local Outside Sales Representative to join our team.
Job Description: As a Local Outside Sales Representative, you will be pivotal in driving our company's growth by increasing our customer base through effective sales strategies and excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone with technical sales experience who enjoys building relationships and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to local areas to conduct face to face meetings with potential customers, both residential and commercial.
- Perform assessments of clients properties to understand pest challenges and develop effective, customized solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company
- Maintain accurate records of sales, calls, meetings and follow-ups though our provided app.
- Provide information on different packages that are offered
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Past sales experience
- Knowledge of pest control
- Pest control certification (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable with technology
- Valid driver's license
Benefits:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- Driver's License (Required)
Ability to Commute:
- Signal Mountain, TN (Required)
