Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads in HubSpot
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
- Support business development efforts by identifying potential clients and assisting with lead generation
- Assist with account management activities, including customer onboarding and relationship management
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales coordination or a related role
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
- Familiarity with security contract sales is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in HubSpot or other CRM software is preferred

Base Pay Package:
$40,000 per year guaranteed salary minimum
20% Monthly Commission on yearly contracts ( NO CAP)
2% Residual Monthly Commission as long as a contract is held and worked. (NO CAP)
We foresee this position growing to become a Sales Director over our 4 State Territory of Montana, Wyoming, South Dakota, and North Dakota and eventually making $250,000 or more a year leading a team of sales people.
