Title: Global Franchise Performance Executive
Reports to: VP Global Performance
Location: Omaha, NE
Compensation: Salary exempt, based on experience
Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (travel appx. 25-50% of time)

Position Summary:
The Global Franchise Performance Executive will focus on supporting our Canadian Franchise locations primarily, as well other Master Franchise locations, to accelerate growth by adding value through training, coaching, and mentoring, and holding accountable as they progressively build their revenue and profitability in a dynamic and growing business.
Roles:

Assist Canadian Franchise Owners with the utilization of all resources and drive participation in company-wide initiatives, events, and programs.

Influence Canadian Franchise Owners to operate within our company values and standards and always deliver a high level of service on brand to all partners, clients, and stakeholders.

Develop and maintain a schedule of proactive phone calls to Canadian Franchise Owners to clarify, develop, and support business goals and objectives, continuously moving forward toward accomplishing these goals and objectives through critical growth and transition periods.
- Supporting Canadian and Master Franchise revenue and profitability growth by consistently coaching and affirming our sales process, and usage of sales tools including pricing calculator and Hubspot.

Understand Operating Software (Edge) and be able to support Canadian and Master Franchises with proper usage and best practices.

Continuously collaborate with all other departments to support operational excellence of Franchise Owners.

Delivering presentations in front of small and large groups (i.g. training sessions, webinars, and conference calls).

Traveling approximately 25-50% of the time to conduct scheduled market visits.

Supporting and assisting VP of Global Performance in developing and executing the strategies of the department.

Qualifications/knowledge:

At least 10 years experience in a professional business environment

5-7 years leadership and or coaching experience

Ability to use Microsoft suite products, and other computer software

Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Must be a positive and inspiring motivator

Environmental/Working Conditions:
Normal office environment. Occasional overtime may be required as business needs dictate.
Exposure to moderate notice levels and on occasion outside weather conditions.
