Job Description
We need a strategic leader skilled at inspiring and motivating an experienced team to meet the unique and demanding needs of our clients. This person is an operational expert who is adept at managing a P&L and accelerating growth on a business. They also have an eye for design and are comfortable and effective at managing and growing accounts and landing new business.

Primary Responsibilities
- Accelerate growth of the business. We expect to be the clear leader in our region, and you have the resources, support, and investment to do so.
- Successfully manage and oversee the operations of the business including, production and installation scheduling, inventory and vendor management, quoting and invoicing, and P&L management.
- Approve and be responsible for the delivery of quality design and execution to our customers.
- Manage existing customer accounts to build the relationship and expand our delivery of services for them.
- Work hand-in-hand with marketing to drive new customer acquisition. Follow up on leads and land new business.
- Optimize business mix and capacity across product and service offerings. Make recommendations on capacity evolution to support growth.
- Coach and build the capability of your team. Make recommendations on the evolution of the organization required to support our growth objectives.
- This role reports to the CMO of Alliance Industries.
Experience Guidelines
- 5 years of general management experience, preferably leading a business in the design, creative, or business services categories with P&L responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to deliver acceleration of business growth
- 3 years of experience managing and growing customer accounts
- 3 years of experience successfully delivering new customer acquisition
- An eye for design – you know what great branding and great design look like
- Process oriented – you can keep the team on track
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Passionate about delivering amazing work that makes a real difference for the client
